WHISTLEBLOWING

Whistleblowing is a mechanism that enables people to report various types of wrongdoing of which they have become aware in the workplace.

Reports can be submitted through:

Within the platform, the following documents are available:

  • the privacy notice regarding the processing of personal data of the reporting person and the reported individuals;

  • the whistleblowing policy, including a description of the procedure for submitting reports;

  • instructions for using the platform.

The report may be submitted:

  • anonymously;

  • non-anonymously, at the reporting person’s discretion.

Throughout the entire report management procedure, the confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity is ensured through specific encryption tools.

Once the report has been submitted through the portal, a unique identification code is created and provided to the reporting person. This code may be used to:

  • check the status of the report;

  • communicate, if necessary, with the person responsible for managing the report.

The only individuals who may become aware of the content of a report are those specifically designated and duly authorized by the organization.

These individuals are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the report.

Punto d’Approdo Social Cooperative has entrusted the management of whistleblowing reports to the Supervisory Body appointed pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.

    • consumer protection;

  • violations of organizational and control models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001;
