Since 2017, Punto d’Approdo Social Cooperative has been certified for the design and management of residential reception services for women living alone, mothers with children, pregnant women experiencing social or economic hardship, and for the employment-readiness pathways developed through the Le Formichine Social Workshop.The certification supports the continuous improvement of services, the efficiency of internal processes, and the satisfaction of users, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Family Audit
The Cooperative has obtained the Family Audit certification, promoted by the Autonomous Province of Trento, with the aim of fostering a better work-life balance.The program is designed to improve the organizational climate, employee motivation, service quality, staff retention, organizational attractiveness, and the reduction of inequalities related to gender or family responsibilities. - “Città della Quercia” Family Audit District
In 2020, Punto d’Approdo participated in the establishment of Rovereto’s first Family Audit District, together with other local organizations.The District is a network of Family Audit-certified organizations that collaborate to promote inter-company services, local welfare initiatives, and shared work-life balance projects.

The Cooperative has adopted an Organizational, Management and Control Model aimed at preventing the commission of offences through internal rules and procedures, thereby strengthening accountability and transparency within the organization.
